How much does your shipping cost?

Automatic free shipping on orders $40+ on domestic orders. In the event that your order qualifies for free shipping and our website does not include it, enter code: FREESHIP40

Local orders are only available for Fort Smith, Arkansas residents.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if there is a mistake on our end, such as defected or incorrect items. 

All return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! Our packaging is created from recycled materials that has been given a second life. All of our packaging can be reused and recycled. We use wheat straw material for our packaging that is biodegradable.

Our packaging is on the simple side. Most packaging gets thrown in the trash so we wanted to cut down on waste and cost! We let our toys speak for themselves hehe.
