Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy+
Woof & Co. does not offer returns or exchanges. Due to potential use of the toys, returns and exchanges are only accepted if there is a mistake on our end, such as defected or incorrect items. All returns and exchange inquiries must be made within 7 days of its delivery date. Any returns and exchanges inquiries made after the 7 day window will not be accepted.
All items returned or exchanged must have tags still attached and toy in the same condition it was received. Any items that are returned damaged, scratched, or dirty will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
